EPC Survey     China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation has ability to construct float glass production line as EPC (Executive Project Contractor). Until now, there are 34 float glass production lines on the global scale, which were designed, constructed and installed by Yaohua Glass Group. It has accumulated abundant experience in project design, engineering, material flow management, production commissioning as well as personnel training and established perfect operation system including design, manufacture, installation, purchase, training, trial run, and maintainence as well as technology service.     During 2004 to 2005, Yaohua Glass Group took the assignment of 300T/D float glass production line project in North Korea which was aided by Chinese Government. The furnace melting capacity of this production line is 300T/D; 80 thousand Ton final glass per year; the total building area is 41950m2 ; mechanic and electric machinery for 781 sets, including imports, un-standard equipment, different instrument and so on; laying cable for 146.46 km. This project added stone processing system, sand exploitation and processing system etc. Yaohua made full use of its' integrative advantage and conquered different difficulties with steady spirit, finally finished the production line in 15 months and put into production. Yaohua Glass Group obtained high prestige of North Kroea leader. This project is praised as “Symbol of Friendship between China and North Korea in 21 century” and named “North Korea Da'an Friendship Glass Plant”     At present, this modern and garden-like factory which located on Datong river bank runs steadily with sound performance of equipment. Glass quality and capacity has achieved the designing standard, been exported to international market. North Korea 300T/D float glass production line project is the excellent example for the Yaohua Glass Group to construct production line with EPC mode. It adds valuable experience for Yaohua and makes steady foundation for exploiting international market further. Yaohua Glass Group will go on exploiting and innovation, finally make Yaohua into a Multinational Corporation.
