China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation

    China YaoHua Glass Group Corporation was constructed in 1922 is the first factory

producing glass continuously both in China and even fareast area. Yaohua had three

factories in Qinhuangdao, Shanghai and Taiwan before 1949 and developed into China Yaohua

Glass Group Corporation on the foundation of Qinhuangdao branch after 1949.

    After 84 years'development, it becomes the super large and comprehensive enterprise in

China and it has the property of more than 4 billion Yuan.

    At present,YaoHua Glass Group has eight subsidiaries, ten subsidiaries of sole

investment, eight holding companies, and three stock-sharing companies in China, including

one public company, five international corporations, and twelve float production lines for

the plate glass system. Yaohua has competitive technical ability, kinds of personnel,

technical resource as well as “Enterprise Technology Center” and Glass Design&Research

Institute. It has the whole technology abilities from the design and construction of float

production line to the equipment manufacturing, installation, refractory material and the

production management.

    Our production ability of major product － float glass is 1.6mm---19mm, and have the

advanced production technology of on-line LOW-E , ultra-thin glass. We also have hundreds

of products such as melting quartz, profiling glass, coating glass, self-pure glass, color

heat-absorb glass, flat (bent) temped glass, laminated glass, insulation glass, bullet

proof glass, electric heating glass, clear conductive coating glass, vacuum sputtering

coated glass, technologic glass, corrugated (flat) FRP sheet, coating product, unsaturated

polyester resin and so on. Recent years, Yaohua has constructed the Northern Yaohua

Industry Garden and purchased Xingguang Group in Shengyang and Lengshuijiang Refractory

material Plant in Hunan Province.

    From 1998 to 2005, Yaohua has taken part in the organize and construction of more than

thirty float glass production line and gain abundant construction and management

experience of production line. The subsidiaries of the Group corp such as Glass Machine

Manufacture Company, Glass Design&Research Institute, Construction Installation Company,

Furnace Baking Company are companies expert in design, construction, installation of float

line and R&D, manufacture of glass machinery as well as technical service. Yaohua is an

enterprise with advantage of working as EPC (Executive Project Contractor) in float line
